MaxGain assemblies are high-performance, ultra-low-loss, high-frequency microwave coaxial cables built using spiral outer conductor technology. InstaBend cables are flexible, coaxial microwave assemblies that connect RF circuit cards, modules and enclosure panels. The cable can be bent very closely behind the connector, simplifying cable routing. InstaBend PhaseStable assemblies are low-loss, highly flexible, foam-core micro coaxial cables with a broad frequency range and strong durability. Amphenol Times Microwave Systems Commercial Space Assemblies are specifically designed for space assembly applications.

InstaBend™ 086 Flexible Microwave Assemblies

Amphenol Times Microwave Systems InstaBend™ 086 Flexible Microwave Assemblies are designed for interconnects between RF circuit cards, modules, and enclosure panels in applications with space constraints. These high-performance coaxial microwave assemblies can be bent closely behind the connector, saving space while simplifying cable routing. A ruggedized backend eliminates the need to protect the back of the connector. InstaBend assemblies offer a highly stable voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR) in cable lengths from 6" to 12". Other features include 90° torque resistance, 0.105" (2.67mm) diameter, 0.25" (6.35mm) minimum bend radius, and 50GHz maximum frequency. Amphenol Times Microwave Systems InstaBend 086 Flexible Microwave Assemblies are ideal for space flights, thermal vacuums, microwave testing, and other commercial and military applications.
