ADA4620-1/-2 Precision JFET Op Amps

Analog Devices Inc. ADA4620-1 and ADA4620-2 Precision JFET Op Amps are 36V, low noise, and low offset drift op amps available in 8-lead SOIC_N packages. These devices offer the combination of top precision parameters at speed and extended operating range and temperature. The specifications make the ADA4620 devices optimal as a front-end amplifier in a Data Acquisition (DAQ) system or a Trans-impedance Amplifier (TIA) circuit with high-input impedance. The ADA4620 op amps consume just 1.3mA per amplifier, delivering a 16.5MHz gain-bandwidth product, 32V/μs slew rate, and 5.1nV/√Hz broadband noise. These op amps offer 225nVp-p noise from 0.1Hz to 10Hz, with a negative supply input voltage range and rail-to-rail output swings.
