2019 FLAT® GDT Surge Arrestors

Bourns 2019 FLAT® Gas Discharge Tube (GDT) Surge Arrestors offer a high current-rated 2-electrode GDT in an innovative flat-package design. These surge arrestors with FLAT technology are ITU K.12 Class IV GDT devices rated at 25kA maximum on an 8/20μs waveform, providing a volume- and space-saving solution for high-density and space-restricted PCB applications. The surface-mount devices are available in a horizontal mounting configuration. Bourns 2019 FLAT GDT Surge Arrestors are UL recognized, halogen free, and RoHS compliant.
