Bourns SF-0603SPA-R Automotive-Grade SMD Fuses are automotive-grade SinglFuse™ devices with an 0603 footprint. The Bourns SF-0603SPA-R Automotive-Grade SMD Fuses feature a 1A to 8A rated current range, 63VDC rated voltage, and 1s to 120s at 200% In-fuse characteristics. The series is designed for use in automotive, data centre, industrial, low- to medium-risk medical, telecoms, and battery management system applications.

These fuses meet the Bourns AEC-Q200 equivalent test plan, with more severe test conditions and large sample sizes that ensure robustness in certain harsh environments. AEC-Q200-compliant SinglFuse Fuses are designed for various industrial, medical (low to medium risk), telecom, and battery management systems applications.

SF-0603SA-M Automotive-Grade Slow Blow SMD Fuses

Bourns SF-0603SA-M Automotive-Grade Slow Blow SMD Fuses are AEC-Q200-equivalent SMD fuses in an 0603 package size. Bourns SF-0603SA-M Automotive-Grade Slow Blow SMD Fuses ensure performance robustness in harsh environments, including automotive, industrial, low- to medium-risk medical, telecom, and battery management systems (BMS) applications. SF-0603SA-M features a 0.5A to 8A rated current and 24VDC to 65VDC rated voltage. The series is UL listed, RoHS compliant, and halogen free.
