The LEDs are packed in tape and reel form to facilitate easy pick-and-place assembly. Every reel is shipped in single intensity and color bin to ensure uniformity.

Broadcom ASCB-UTC2 2828 Tricolor PLCC-6 LED offers individually addressable pins for each color in a small 2.8mm x 2.8mm package. The ASCB-UTC2 LED features a full black body, enhancing the contrast of the small pitch display. The Broadcom ASCB-UTC2 2828 Tricolor PLCC-6 LED facilitates easy pick-and-place assembly, packed in tape and reel form. The ASCB-UTC2 is designed for use in full-color display applications.
