The 632 Series features a standard 3.2x2.5mm surface mount footprint, frequency range of 1.0 - 50 MHz, +1.8Vdc,+2.5Vdc,+3.3Vdc operation, ±50 ppm frequency stability, and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.The oscillators are HCMOS / TTL compatible and feature fundamental and third overtone crystals.
