High Power TVS Diodes

Eaton High Power TVS Diodes deliver reliable overvoltage protection with fast response times, low clamping voltage, and high peak current capability for electronic equipment. These devices utilize silicon avalanche technology to protect critical circuits against damaging transient surges, including electrostatic discharge (ESD), electrical fast transient (EFT), and lightning strikes. 5G Applications
