The standoffs are constructed of UL94 V-2 Nylon 6/6 material, which is a lightweight alternative to metal standoffs. The nylon material is heat-, corrosion-, and abrasion-resistant with quick installation. The 36F, CBMFTS, and NTS series offer a hexagonal spacer design with double-sided adhesive tape for secure locking. The Essentra Components 36F CBMFTS NTS Hexagonal Standoffs and Spacers operate within a -40°C to +85°C temperature range. Typical applications include consumer electronics, office machinery, data appliances, electrical cabinets, and automotive industries.
