The BM15x features an Arm® Cortex® M33 MCU at 128MHz, up to 1.524MB flash, an embedded 2.4GHz multi-protocol transceiver, up to 256KB RAM, and an integrated PCB trace antenna or a connection for an external antenna. These features enable quicker market time and reduced development costs.
