OptoMOS 1-Form-A (SPST-NO) Solid State Relays

Littelfuse offers an extensive portfolio of 1-Form-A (SPST-NO) Solid State Relays (SSRs) in various PC board-mount package sizes. These relays feature load current ratings from 50mA to 9A (20A with heat sink), and 30V to 1000V load voltage ratings. 1-Form-A relays are available in SOP-4, SIP-4, SMD DIP-4, SMD DIP-6, SOIC-16, Power i4-PAC, and ISOPLUS-264 packages. Fault-protected SSRs with active current limit and thermal shutdown are also available from Littelfuse to offer robust and rugged switching solutions.

Drone Subsystems

Littelfuse Drone Subsystems offer solutions for USB-C PD and Li-ion battery chargers, battery pack systems, and BLDC motors. These subsystems offer fuses for various functions, including AC input overcurrent protection and fault isolation, protection of the battery and downstream controller, pack, wiring, and controller. CPC1009N OptoMOS® Relays

IXYS Integrated Circuits CPC1009N OptoMOS® Relays are miniature, low-voltage, low on-resistance, low off-state leakage, normally open (1-Form-A) solid state relays in a 4-lead SOP package. The MOSFET switches and photovoltaic die use OptoMOS architecture to provide 1500V_RMS of input-to-output isolation. The optically coupled output is controlled by highly efficient GaAIAs infrared LED. IXYS Integrated Circuits CPC1009N OptoMOS® Relays use double-molded vertical construction to produce a small 4-lead relay that offers board space savings of 20% over similar 4-lead SOP relays.
