Solar Inverters & Battery Energy Storage Systems

Littelfuse Solar Inverters and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) can operate in both AC and DC coupled solar systems. The AC coupled solar system features two inverters, offering higher flexibility and easier installation. DC coupled solar systems have a single inverter and provide higher efficiency because the shorter cables between BESS and PV reduce losses. Auxiliary Power Supply

Littelfuse offers numerous products designed for Auxiliary Power Supply, including Silicon Carbide (SiC) MOSFETs, gate drivers, and TVS diodes. The LSIC1MO170T0750 SiC MOSFET is a 1700V device optimized for high-frequency, high-efficiency applications and features a low 11nC gate charge, low 11.5pF output capacitance, and a low 29Ω gate resistance for high-frequency switching. The IX4351NE gate driver offers an internal negative charge regulator, providing a selectable negative gate drive bias for improved dV/dt immunity and faster turn-off. The TVS diodes include the SMF and 1.5SMC series designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events.

Low Side Gate Driver ICs

IXYS Integrated Circuits offers an extensive portfolio of low-side MOSFET and IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) gate driver ICs. These drivers feature output current ratings from 1.5A to 30A and voltage ratings up to 40V and are available in DIP, SOIC, DFN, TO-220, and TO-263 packages. Automotive-grade AEC-Q100 gate drivers are available with 4A, 5A, 9A, and 14A outputs. IXYS Integrated Circuits low-side gate drivers are ultra-fast, high-current MOSFET and IGBT gate drivers that are optimized for high-efficiency performance in motor drive and power conversion applications.
