These systems offer AEC-Q/MIL-grade products across various functions. Typical applications include Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), military, and border surveillance.

Commercial & Tactical UAV Systems

Littelfuse Commercial and Tactical Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Systems offer solutions for Li-Ion battery protection, battery chargers, and power distribution. These systems provide fuses for input protection/overcurrent protection, MOSFETs for semiconductor switching, and TVS diodes for DC output transient/surge protection. The systems offer USB-C® for consumer drones with a 5V to 48V range and up to 240W (typical 100W to 140W), and provide battery protection for <60V. Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes

Littelfuse TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) Diodes are a broad range of circuit protection products designed to protect electronic circuits against transients and overvoltage threats such as EFT (electrically fast transients) and ESD (electro-static discharge). Lightning strikes, inductive load switching, and ESD cause electrical over-stresses associated with the transmission on data lines and electronic circuits. Offered in a variety of surface mount and through-hole circuit board mounting formats, the TVS Diode portfolio includes high peak pulse current and peak pulse power options up to 20kA and 30kW, respectively. Littelfuse TVS Diodes are chosen for the fast response time (low clamping voltage), lower capacitance, and low leakage current. P6SMB SMD Uni-/Bi-Directional TVS Diodes

Littelfuse P6SMB SMD Uni-/Bi-Directional TVS Diodes are designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events.
