These diodes feature 5000W peak pulse power capability at 10µs/1000µs waveform, a fast response time of typically less than 1ps, and a low incremental surge resistance. Littelfuse TP5.0SMDJ Surface-Mount TVS Diodes are suitable for protecting I/O interfaces, V_CC bus, and other vulnerable circuits found in telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer electronic applications.
