Xilinx Power Test Adapters

LoadSlammer Xilinx Power Test Adapters are a set of three BGA adaptors that help in testing and validating the power delivery solution when connected to a LoadSlammer. These adapters feature remote Vsense on Samtec connectors and SMP mini connectors. The power test adapters are designed with a BGA footprint that reflows onto the PCB pads, and the GUI supports pulse train, transient, impedance and 3D plots.

Pro Mini 200 LSP Kit

LoadSlammer Pro Mini 200 LSP Kit is a USB-C™ powered handheld transient load testing tool with a user-friendly GUI for exhaustive testing. This pro mini 200 features an LSP200 device and a 3ft USB-A to USB-C™ cable. The real-time current is displayed on the GUI and via SMB situated on top of the device, and current and voltage measurements are captured for every test. Both stimuli and measurements are generated and measured within this handheld device. This pro mini 200 operates at 0.6V to 2V input voltage range, 100W instantaneous power dissipation, and 100A maximum current.
