Pre-biased Bipolar Digital Transistors

Micro Commercial Components (MCC) Pre-biased Bipolar Digital Transistors include built-in bias resistors that enable the configuration of an inverter circuit without connecting external resistors. The DTAx PNP digital transistors operate at -50V supply voltage and DTCx NPN transistors operate at 50V supply voltage. These digital transistors feature a single function (R1/R2), 200W power dissipation, 150°C junction temperature, and 250MHz transition frequency. The pre-biased bipolar transistors require only setting the ON/OFF conditions for the operation, which makes the circuit design easy. These transistors are AEC-Q101 qualified, halogen-free, RoHS compliant, and comply with Moisture Sensitivity Level 1 standard. The pre-biased bipolar transistors are available in SOT 23/323 package.
