APT10026L2FLL Power MOS 7® FREDFET

Microsemi / Microchip APT10026L2FLL Power MOS 7^® FREDFET is a low loss and high voltage N-channel enhancement mode power MOSFET. This power MOSFET provides 1000V V_DSS, 38A I_D, and 0.26Ω R_DS(on). The Power MOS 7 lowers the R_DS(ON) and Q_g to control the conduction and switching losses. This MOSFETcombines low conduction and switching losses with fast switching speeds inherent with metal gate structure. The APT10026L2FLL Power MOS 7 FREDFET is available in a TO-264 MAX package and is easy to drive. Other features include low input capacitance, lower miller capacitance, and increased power dissipation.
