ER1022 Rope Pull Emergency-Stop Switches

Omron Industrial Automation ER1022 Rope Pull Emergency-Stop Switches offer a cost-effective solution for applications that require long ropes spanning up to 125m (410ft). These rope-pull switches can be installed along or around heavy machinery and provide continuous access to workers to the emergency-stop function. The ER1022 switches feature an integral E-stop button to provide emergency stopping capability at the extreme end of the installation. These heavy-duty vibration-tolerant rope-pull emergency-stop switches exhibit IP67 (NEMA 6) enclosures to withstand water washdown cleaning. The ER1022 switches are ideal for applications such as conveyor systems, small-to-large production lines, robotic cells, and material handling across rotating machinery in and around hazardous areas.
