Qspeed Semiconductor 600V H-Series PFC Rectifiers

The Qspeed Semiconductor H-Series PFC rectifier gives the lowest switching loss of any silicon 600V diode. The H-Series rectifiers, available in 3A, 5A, 8A, and 12A current ratings, are drop-in replacements for more expensive Silicon Carbide (SiC) diodes. In addition to extremely low switching loss, these Qspeed Semiconductor diodes exhibit a very soft recovery characteristic that dramatically reduces EMI. This low EMI profile makes Qspeed H-Series rectifiers the perfect choice for medical equipment power supplies. Other typical applications include AC-DC power supplies, solar inverters and boost, motor drives, and audio equipment.
