RAA227063 3-Phase Smart Gate Drivers

Renesas Electronics RAA227063 3-Phase Smart Gate Drivers integrate a self-aligned dead time generator and slew rate control to improve power efficiency. The RAA227063 has three half-bridge smart gate drivers that drive up to three N-channel MOSFET bridges. The device supports bridge voltages from 4.5V to 60V. Each gate driver supports up to 1A source and 2A sink peak drive current with programmable drive strength control.
