STMicroelectronics BALF-NRF01J5 Ultra-thin Balun integrates matching network with a harmonics filter. The matching impedance has been customized for the nRF51822-CTAA and CTAC WLCSP Nordic Semiconductor circuits. This device optimizes the RF performance based on the IPD technology on high-resistivity. The BALF-NRF01J5 ultra-thin balun features low insertion loss, low amplitude imbalance, RF BOM and area reduction, low-phase imbalance, and high RF-performance. This ultra-thin balun is ideal for 2.45GHZ impedance matched balun filter and wearable applications.
