The STMicroelectronics BU508AF power transistor features stable performances vs. operating temperature variation, a low base-drive requirement, tight hFE range at operating collector current, and high ruggedness. This STMicroelectronics device is ideal for horizontal deflection output for CRT TV and switch mode power supplies for CRT TV.
