STMicroelectronics ESDAXLC6-1BU2 Bidirectional ESD Protection is a bidirectional single line TVS diode designed to protect the data lines or other I/O ports against ESD transients. Features include extra-low diode capacitance, low leakage current, 0201 SMD package size, and ultra-small PCB area. The device is ideal for applications where both reduced line capacitance and board space-saving are required. Typical applications include smartphones, mobile phones, tablet PCs, netbooks, notebooks, portable multimedia devices, digital cameras, camcorders, and communication devices.
