HSP053-4M5 4-Line ESD Array

STMicroelectronics HSP053-4M5 4-Line ESD Array features a rail-to-rail architecture designed for high speed differential lines protection. The HSP053-4M5 protects against electro-static discharge sub-micron technology circuits driving HDMI 1.4, HDMI 2.0, USB 3.1, digital video interface, display port, and serial ATA. The ultralow variation of the capacitance ensures very low influence on signal-skew. The large bandwidth makes it compatible with HDMI 2.0 (= 5.94Gbps) and USB 3.1 Gen 2 (= 10Gbps). The device is housed in a compact 500μm pitch package for easy PCB layout.

600W TVS Diodes

STMicroelectronics 600W TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) Diodes are designed to protect sensitive equipment against Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and Electrical Over-Stress (EOS). These devices feature a fast response time and a peak pulse power of 600W (10/1000μs). Featuring Planar Technology, these TVS devices are ideal for high-end equipment and Switched Mode Power Supply (SMPS) applications where low leakage current and high junction temperature are required to provide long-term reliability and stability. Their low clamping voltages provides a high safety margin to protect sensitive circuits with extended life time expectancy. STMicroelectronics 600W TVS Diodes also feature a maximum junction Temperature (T_J) rating of +175°C, ensuring protection in high temperatures and harsh environments.
