L98GD8E 8-Channel MOSFET Pre-Driver

STMicroelectronics L98GD8E 8-Channel MOSFET Pre-Driver is configurable for low-side, high-side, peak and hold, and H-bridge load control. Engineers designed it to comply with the requirements of 12V and 48V passenger vehicles, as well as 24V commercial vehicles. All outputs can be PWM controlled. Six outputs can drive safety-relevant loads. The user can dedicate one output to actuate safety-relevant loads that require a dedicated enable pin (EN6).
