STC3100 Battery Monitor IC

The STMicroelectronics STC3100 battery monitor IC with Coulomb counter monitors critical parameters of a single-cell Li-Ion battery and includes hardware functions to implement a gas gauge for battery charge monitoring based on a programmable 12- to 14-bit ADC. The STC3100 includes an internal temperature sensor and is programmable through the I²C interface. This STMicroelectronics battery monitor IC features 32 RAM bytes, 8-byte unique device ID, 1 general-purpose I/O, and 32,768 Hz internal clock.
