STMicroelectronics STM32H7R7/S7 Microcontrollers are high-performing Arm® Cortex®-M7 MCUs and part of the STM32 series. The STMicroelectronics STM32H7R7/S7 MCUs clock at 600MHz, and offer a cost-effective solution within the STM32H7 lineup. The MCUs feature a Bootflash MCU with a high-speed external memory interface for real-time eXecute-in-Place (XiP) applications. With a 2.5D GUI capability up to WSVGA resolution and minimal CPU load, there's room for real-time tasks. Moreover, it incorporates state-of-the-art security measures, including ST-iRoT, memory protection, cryptography, and authentication, ensuring robust protection for sensitive data and operations.
