These devices have a 40A average forward current (IF_(AV)) rating per device and a storage temperature range of -65°C to +175°C. Packaged in D²PAK, I²PAK, and TO-220AB, the STMicroelectronics STPS41H100C devices are optimized for use in high-frequency inverters.
