TS931/A/B, TS932/A/B, & TS934/A/B Op Amps

STMicroelectronics TS931/A/B, TS932/A/B, & TS934/A/B Op Amps are single, dual, and quad Micropower Operational Amplifiers that can operate with voltages as low as 2.7V and reach a 2.9Vpp output swing with RL = 100kΩ when supplied at 3V. Offering a typical consumption of only 20μA, these devices are particularly well suited to battery-powered applications. These devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for use in automotive applications and are available in SO-8, SO-14, SOT23-5, and TSSOP-14 package types for design flexibility.
