TSV771, TSV772, TSV774 5V Op Amps

STMicroelectronics TSV771, TSV772, and TSV774 are single, dual, and quad 20MHz-bandwidth unity-gain-stable amplifiers. The rail-to-rail input stage and the slew rate of 10.5V/µs make the TSV771, TSV772, and TSV774 ideal for low-side current measurement. The exceptional accuracy delivered by a maximum input voltage of 200µV allows amplifying accurately small-amplitude input signal.

The TSV772x Amplifiers feature an input offset voltage of 200µV max. (50µV typ.) at room temperature, optimized for common mode close to the ground making the TSV772x ideal for low-side current measurements.
