SHT4x Digital Sensors with Protective Film

Sensirion SHT4x Digital Humidity and Temperature Sensors with Protective Film are equipped with an I²C standard interface and a fixed 0x45 I²C address. These fourth-generation sensors offer ±1.8%RH and ±0.2°C accuracy. The SHT4x sensors include a power-trimmed internal heater that can be used at three heating levels, enabling seamless sensor operation. These sensors are ideal for Surface Mount Technology (SMT) processing and comply with JEDEC JESD47 standards. The SHT4x sensors are used in applications such as Heating, Ventilation, and Air conditioning (HVAC) and manufacturing processes that require protection in the sensing element.

SHT4x Digital Humidity & Temperature Sensors

Sensirion SHT4x Digital Humidity and Temperature Sensors provide constant temperature accuracy over a large measurement range. This 4th Generation sensor features ultra-low power consumption and comes in a small QFN package that measures 1.5mm x 1.5mm x 0.5mm. The fully calibrated sensor offers linearized digital output, NIST traceability, and I²C fast mode plus. It is reflow solderable and operational in condensing environments. Sensirion SHT4x Digital Humidity and Temperature Sensor has a 1.08V to 3.6V supply voltage range, 80nA idle current, and an operating range of 0% to 100% RH, -40°C to +125°C. Tape-and-reel packaging, combined with suitability for standard SMD assembly processes, makes the SHT4x ideal for high-volume applications.
