Si536x Jitter Attenuators/Clock Multipliers

Skyworks Solutions Inc. Si536x Jitter Attenuators/Clock Multipliers combine fifth-generation DSPLL™ and MultiSynth™ technologies with an ultra-low jitter VCO to deliver ultra-low jitter (< 55fs) for high-performance applications. These applications include 112G and 224G SerDes and Coherent Optics. These devices are used in applications that demand the highest integration and jitter performance. All PLL components are integrated on-chip, eliminating the risk of noise coupling associated with discrete solutions. The Si5361 has a single DSPLL with two MultiSynths; the Si5362 has two DSPLLs with one MultiSynth, and the Si5363 has three DSPLLs. The Si5361H high-frequency variant targets optical module markets with output frequencies up to 2.75GHz.
