ADS92x4R Dual-Channel SAR ADCs

Texas Instruments ADS92x4R dual-channel SAR ADCs offer pin-compatible, high-speed, simultaneous sampling with an integrated reference and reference buffer. The ADS92x4R ADCs operate from a single 5V supply and support unipolar operation. The device offers fully differential analog input signals with excellent DC and AC specifications. With high AC performance, the ADS92x4R ADCs provide analog input frequencies up to 1.5MHz, which makes the device suitable for wide-bandwidth data acquisition (DAQ) systems.
