SN74LVC540A/-Q1 Octal Buffer/Drivers

Texas Instruments SN74LVC540A/-Q1 Octal Buffer/Drivers deliver an octal buffer/driver solution designed for 2.7V to 3.6V VCC operation. The device features inputs and outputs on opposite sides of the package to help simplify printed circuit board layout. The TI SN74LVC540A/-Q1 supports mixed 3.3V/5V system environments by allowing inputs to be driven from either 3.3V or 5V devices. The device also supports partial-power-down applications using Ioff circuitry, which disables the outputs to help prevent damaging current backflow during power-down.
