LP873220/LP873220-Q1 Converters & Regulators

Texas Instruments LP873220/LP873220-Q1 Dual High-Current Buck Converters and Linear Regulators are ideal for meeting automotive camera and radar application requirements. The LP873220/LP873220-Q1 consists of two step-down DC-DC converters, two linear regulators, and general-purpose digital-output signals. The device supports load-current measurement without the addition of external current-sense resistors. Features include an input voltage of 2.8V to 5.5V, a configurable general-purpose output signal (GPO, GPO2), and an operating temperature range of –40°C to +125°C. The LP873220/LP873220-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
