This board has an immersion silver finish, which is used on these evaluation module's for performance, and will oxidize when exposed to air. That oxidation does not affect the performance of the device. TI has consistently said that this is cosmetic and does not affect the performance of this evaluation module.

Texas Instruments MMWCAS-RF-EVM AWRx Cascaded Radar RF Evaluation Module (EVM) implements a 4-device, cascaded array of AWRx mmWave devices. This configuration allows a single master device to distribute a 20GHz LO signal between all four devices, enabling these devices to operate as a single RF transceiver. This configuration supports up to 12 TX and 16 RX antenna elements.
