SN74AC132/SN74AC132-Q1 Quad 2-Input NAND Gates

Texas Instruments SN74AC132/SN74AC132-Q1 Quad 2-Input NAND Gates contains four independent 2-input NAND gates. Each gate performs the Boolean function Y = /A×/B. All inputs have a Schmitt-trigger architecture to support slow transitioning or noisy input signals. These devices have a wide operating range of 1.5V to 6V and have inputs that accept voltages up to 6V. The Texas Instruments SN74AC132-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
