Texas Instruments TMUX1104 5V Analog Multiplexers offer a single channel, 4:1 configuration with a wide operating supply of 1.08V to 5.5V. The TMUX1104 have very low on and off leakage currents with low charge injection, enabling them to be used in high precision measurement applications.
