TPS62840-1xxxEVM5x Converter Evaluation Modules

Texas Instruments TPS62840-1xxxEVM5x Converter Evaluation Modules (EVMs) facilitate the evaluation of the TPS6284x family of 750mA, step-down converters with 60nA I_Q. The TPS62840-1DLCEVM55 is for the small 1.5mm by 2mm QFN packages. The TPS62840-1YBGEVM56 is for the small 1.5mm by 1mm WCSP packages with 0.4mm pitch. Each evaluation module contains 2 separate circuits to create output voltages of between 0.8V and 3.3V from higher input voltages of between 1.8V and 6.5V. Due to its extremely low I_Q, the TPS6284x provides long battery life for systems which have very low current consumption states, such as for building automation, metering, and the Internet of Things (IoT).
