Vishay / Dale IHTH High-Temperature, High Current Inductors for automotive applications are AEC-Q200 qualified and offer a high-temperature range up to +155°C. The IHTH high-temperature, high current automotive-grade inductors are available in 0750, 1125, and 1500 case sizes and feature high-rated currents up to 125A, a wide range of inductance values from 0.47µF to 100µH, and a frequency range up to 10MHz. This series also handles high transient current spikes and fully supports "green" standards.
