These convection-cooled power supplies are designed using GaN power technology and provide a high power density of 17.20W/in³ and high efficiency of up to 92%. Bel Power Solutions HDP65 and MDP65 AC-DC Power Supplies offer output power up to 65W, RoHS compliance, and Nemko and UL safety approvals. The HDP65 series meets IEC 62368 safety standards and is ideal for industrial applications. The MDP65 series meets IEC 60601 safety standards and 2 x MOPP, making it ideal for medical applications, including body floating (BF).

PBR650 AC-DC Power Supplies

XP Power PBR650 AC-DC Power Supplies come with medical (BF) safety approvals and deliver 600W to 650W of continuous power. These power supplies offer 5V standby voltage and 12V fan supply voltage. The PBR650 supplies operate at 80V_AC to 264V_AC and 47Hz to 63Hz frequency range. These XP Power power supplies offer 225µA typical earth leakage current. The PBR650 supplies are designed for medical applications that require BF rated insulation with up to 5000m operating altitude.
