NV25xLV SPI Low Voltage Serial EEPROMs

onsemi NV25xLV SPI Low Voltage Serial EEPROMs are 8/16/32/64Kb SPI Low Voltage EEPROMS, which are Automotive Grade 1 devices internally organized as 1K/2K/4K/8Kx8 bits. These devices support the Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) protocol and feature a 32-byte page write buffer. Each device is enabled through a Chip Select (CS) input. The required bus signals are also data input (SI), data output (SO), and clock input (SCK) lines. The HOLD input may be used to pause any serial communication with the NV25x device. The device features hardware and software write protection, including partial and full array protection. Byte Level On−Chip ECC (Error Correction Code) makes the device suitable for high-reliability applications. The onsemi NV25xLV offers an additional Identification Page, which can be permanently write-protected.
