Thermistors

EPCOS / TDK Thermistors include negative temperature coefficient (NTC) and positive temperature coefficient (PTC) thermistors. The NTC thermistors offer a nickel barrier termination and long-term stability in high-temperature and high-humidity environments. The PTC series features thermally sensitive semiconductor resistors made of ceramic components in which electrical resistance rapidly increases when a certain temperature is exceeded. EPCOS / TDK Thermistors provide voltage and noise suppression as well as temperature measurement and compensation in measurement and control engineering, entertainment, household and automotive electronics, data systems, and telecommunications applications.

EPCOS Design Kits feature a variety of components conveniently packaged and individually labeled for easy access. These kits are designed to help engineers select the ideal components for their applications.
