Avery Dennison Automotive Gasket Ties

Avery Dennison Automotive Gasket Ties feature a straight fir tree design and reduce Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH) in automotive fastening applications. The fir tree design allows manufacturers to mount and secure wire bundles to punched or threaded holes. The disk portion provides adequate tension between the panels to prevent noise and vibration. These ties include a foam gasket that helps prevent water ingress from splash in low-lying areas such as doors, tire wells, and floor pans. The gaskets are made from a closed-cell and crosslinked polyethylene foam and securely attach to the base of the fir tree without adhesive. This ensures that they will not loosen or fall off during transit. Avery Dennison Automotive Gasket Ties offer a minimum loop tensile strength of 50lbf (222N) and operate within a -40°C to +125°C temperature range.
