Operating from a 1.8V supply, the AD40xx ADCs consume as little as 14mW at 2MSPS with a minimum of 75MHz SCK rate in turbo-mode. The ADCs deliver ±1LSB INL maximum with no missing codes at 16-/18-Bits and 93dB/100.5dB SNR.

AD4003/AD4007/AD4011 18-Bit Differential SAR ADCs

Analog Devices Inc. AD4003/AD4007/AD4011 18-Bit Differential Successive Approximation Register (SAR) ADCs are high accuracy, high speed, low-power ADCs. The 18-bit SAR ADCs operate at 1.8V single supply operation with a 1.71V to 5.5V logic interface. These SAR ADCs with high throughput allow accurate capture of high-frequency signals and decimation to achieve a high Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR). The AD4003/AD4007/AD4011 18-bit ADCs offer the ability to daisy-chain ADCs and operate at -40°C to +125°C temperature range. These SAR ADCs include an SPI-compatible, versatile serial interface that features seven different programmable modes with an optional busy indicator.
