Analog Devices Isolation - All

ADuM541x/ADuM641x Isolators

Analog Devices ADuM541x/ADuM641x Isolators are 2.5/3.75kVrms quad-channel digital isolators with integrated isoPower® DC-to-DC converters. Developed using iCoupler® technology, the DC-to-DC converters offer adjustable isolated power from 3.15-5.25V. The isolators have a 100kV/μs common-mode transient immunity, 7ns delay, and 150Mbps data rate for robust, high-speed data transfer in noisy and harsh environments.
