BPI-3C1-x/-3C2-x Optical Switches

American Bright LED BPI-3C1-x/-3C2-x Optical Switches feature a 5V maximum reverse voltage, 50mA maximum forward current, and 1A maximum peak forward current. These switches also feature a 100mW maximum collector power dissipation (output), a 75mW maximum input power dissipation, and a 5V maximum emitter-collector voltage. Other key attributes include a 1.2V typical forward voltage (IF=20mA), 100µA maximum reverse current (VR=5V), and 940nm typical peak wavelength (IF=20mA). The BPI-3C1-x/-3C2-x optical switches comply with the RoHS standards, contributing to a greener and safer environment.
