This Connection Validation (CV) calculates the intermetallic compound formation of the solder joint and provides closed-loop feedback to the operator. The 71mm color touchscreen has bold graphics, making it easier to read and monitor. Metcal CV-510 Connection Validation Soldering System has password protection, a precise tip temperature display, and an operating temperature of 10° to 40°C.
