These tranceivers are hot‑swappable, uniquely serialized, and data‑traffic and application tested to ensure OEM‑equivalent initialization and performance. The 10GBASE-SR transceivers feature a wavelength of 850nm with a range of up to 300m, while the 10GBASE-LR transceivers feature a wavelength of 1310nm with a range of up to 10km.
