onsemi FDMC8x N-Channel Shielded Gate PowerTrench® MOSFETs are produced using Fairchild Semiconductor's advanced PowerTrench process that incorporates shielded gate technology. This process has been optimized for the on-state resistance and yet maintains superior switching performance. FDMC8x MOSFETs are designed for use in DC-DC conversion applications.

PowerTrench® MOSFETs

onsemi PowerTrench^® MOSFETs offer a broad portfolio of MOSFETs in the industry. These onsemi MOSFETs offer N-Channel and P-Channel versions optimized for low R_DS(ON) switching performance and ruggedness. Typical applications include load switches, primary switching, mobile computing, DC-DC converters, and synchronous rectifiers.

N-Channel PowerTrench® MOSFETs

onsemi N-Channel PowerTrench MOSFETs are produced using onsemi's advanced PowerTrench process that has been specially tailored to minimize on-state resistance and yet maintain superior switching performance. onsemi N-Channel PowerTrench MOSFETs are available in a variety of Drain to Source Voltage specifications, from 30V to 250V.
