HMC8411 Low Noise Amplifier

Analog Devices Inc. HMC8411 Low Noise Amplifier is a gallium arsenide (GaAs), monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC), pseudomorphic high electron mobility transistor (pHEMT), low-noise wideband amplifier.
